Has anyone used an on-line Canadian Pharmacy with success?
My new LLMD ordered 30 Zithromax 500mg to be taken daily. My insurance company would only approve 3. Same coverage for generic.
$300 out of pocket. I can't do that if I am to be treated on this for a few months. I am wondering if it is safe to get meds from an online pharmacy. I want to go forward with treatment but it seems I keep getting roadblocks thrown at me

I've ordered from Clayman Pharmacy 1-877-735-7271 in the past without problems... They are a real pharmacy in Montreal that is willing to ship to the US. I used to buy Domperidone from them (a med that is not available in the US) and they were very good to work with.

Hmm. I use a Canadian pharmacy (real, not online) that is willing to accept and re-write prescriptions written in the US. They mail my prescriptions to me. Maybe they'd be willing to do it for people from the US too? I don't know. The Pharmacy is Kripps.

Oh- wait! I went to their website to get their contact info, and they are associated with Canada global drugs website (http://www.canadaglobaldrugs.com/ ) . They also have a bunch of supplements and natural products.

Hey guys,

Just to let you know, if you need to talk about ordering drugs without a prescription, please do so privately through email. If you have a prescription, then just disregard this message.

I'm Canadian, living in Canada. My GP practices here, too.

Legal procedure: If I accepted a signed, written Rx from an LLMD in Seattle, for example, in order to get the Rx filled in BC, I would bring said Rx to my GP's office in BC, where he would have to write the drug name on his Canadian Rx pad, which then I would take to the Canadian pharmacy to be filled. The drug has to be available in Canada, of course, and the drug cannot be a controlled substance.

This online business can frighten me. Much better to discuss this through PM's as CG says, as laws have been broken. Keep in mind that there are online scams, as well, and the drug that you received that looks like Viagra just may not be!

I live in Florida and with the past year's situation with armour thyroid, I and many  (probably tens of thousands of) people have been using Canadian pharmacies LEGALLY to get their natural dessicated thyroid (the Canadian version of armour) sourced. We simply fill out our prescription information on the pharmacy's online site ordering, fax our prescription to the pharmacy and w/in ten days, receive our medication (usually). I and many others have reported using Universal, they have proven to be very reputable. Although there are pharmacies out there working w/o a  prescription, I would never advise that- I guess I am not that trusting. However, I have heard of known working w/o a prescription from Canada.

Here is a link to Canadidan pharmacies, pricing, comparisons, etc.

You need a prescription for the pharmacy I use. But since I don't have a treating doctor in Canada, a doctor associated with the pharmacy re-writes the prescription so I can use it in Canada. I know a lot (well, relatively, considering how many people I know with Lyme) of people in Alberta/BC who have to go to Seattle to get treatment, and they all use this pharmacy. Since you have a prescription from your LLMD, I would assume you could use them. And since the website is run by a real pharmacy, that I have only heard good things about, you don't have to worry about the stuff they give you. The only thing that makes them special is that they have a website as well, and send prescriptions by mail. (Thank goodness for that, or I'd have to go nearly as far to get my prescriptions as I do to see my doctor)

The only thing I don't know is if their doctor just re-writes prescriptions for my doctor, or not. You could always get your doctor to call them.

If one does not have a prescription, and one does not have insurance or fears what the doctor visit will cost to get a prescription, use Google to look for free clinics.

Just type free clinics plus your city and state into Google and search.
