This Lyme Woman - feeling fabulous

yeah I have been recovering since being diagnosed with Lyme for 3 months. I was very sick for five months before I was diagnosed and felt like I was dying. I had 85% of the symptoms on most lists you find when you research - a list too long to repeat here, but I wanted to add a few other symptoms to help other women with Lyme. I had horrible breast pain, so bad that I couldn't even stand to hug my friends and family. I have only seen one list of symptoms that stated breast pain. Just in case other women are dealing with this issue, I wanted to share my story. Also had pelvic pain, digestive problems so great that after I ate anything I could hear and feel every bit of digestion for hours. In the morning I would also wake up from the sounds of my stomach churning. I was eating very good, healthy food, but it didn't seem to help. I also lost weight no matter what I ate. The panic attacks I had at night left me afraid to sleep, it was terrible.

After being diagnosed, I did the antibiotics for 1 month. I was feeling better but was totally exhausted everyday by 3,4, or at the latest 5pm. Once I thought I couldn't make it home without passing out... And then, after a month, I switched to Cat's Claw. I dosed up slowly from one drop 3X daily to 2, 3, 4... Almost immediately I felt my symptoms disappear. Today I have only two symptoms remaining: pain in my fingers and occasional pain in my neck. I must add that I have also found a fantastic non-force chiropractor and seen him 6 times, as well as 8 sessions of acupuncture. I'm not sure if the acupuncture helped me much, but want to let you know exactly what I did. I am feeling so great now and am almost back to lifting the amount of weight at the gym as I did before I got sick. My workouts (been a body builder for 4 years), are better and better EVERY day.

I hope this may help someone, so many times people forget to post the positive.

That is great news! I am still doing antibiotics and have just this week added Cat's Claw to the mix. Glad to hear it may make a difference. I credit my chiropractor with keeping me from getting the horrible all-over body pain and back pain I used to have. Now I'm just cracky, and still get some neck pain. You are inpsiring me to get back to the feels counterintuitive since I'm wrung out a lot of the time, but I know from the past that sometimes working out, even a light workout, can energize.

That is great news. I have heard good things about Cat's Claw for Bartonella as well.

Thank you for posting this positive and encouraging report. I hope you continue to feel better and better.

I just added cat's claw, knot weed and teasel root this week.

Thank you! Next outing to the HFS (health food store) I shall get some. Since I have cats it is fitting!

You should have a very good success rate of staying well since you caught it early and are actively exercising (it is key to beating lyme). Good luck. I know many people who have recovered from lyme after being diagnosed within the first year.

Is there a special type of cat's claw you're taking? I have some in the pill form but was afraid to mix with antibiotics.

I am taking "Prima Una de Gato Liquid". I stopped taking the antibiotics for a few days before I started this. I hope you are feeling better Victoria.
