Went to PCP and was in exstream pain in lower back. Back in 04 had surgery on L5S1 and now wish I hadn't. Needless to say I'm back on pain medication. My PCP is sending me to a pain clinic in Rochester NY through the University and I'm thinking "what can they possibly do for me" I've had injections, therapy, ect" I'm tired. It all seems to be one endless routine of pain medication and pain and doctors telling me that this is the rest of your life and get use to it. All we can do for you is increase the stregth of the medication and eventually that will come to an end. I'm so scared of what the future holds. I use to ski, snoeshoe, hike, climb mountians, ride horses, ect. and now I can bairly walk. Today all I could is cry because of the pain and the limitations. I guess I've gone on enough Time to face reality......... rolleyes
