Are you still on hydrocortisone? If so, has it helped you?

cajun...hi..are you still on cortisone, I remember you were going to start taking it. did you ever start? I was really hoping you could find a better alternative but I guess it gets to the point you have no choice.

Oh, btw, high doses of Vitamin C and Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) feed the adrenal glands and stimulate cortisol production...I think the dose is 1000mg Vit C with 500mg Vit B5 1-3x/day depending on the need...ask your doctors first before trying this, though...and don't stay on it long-term...could lead to too much cortisol...

Yes, I am still on the hydrocortisone and it has given me some of my life back. I am not 100%, but I am able to function now. I have been having more energy too.


Razzle,

I have tried the Vitamin C and Pantothenic Acid and it didn't make much of a difference. I tried many supplements for adrenal glands and none of them helped much. I wish they would have though. Thanks for the info.
