Hi all
I can't seem to find the info for detoxing.  can anyone help me find it. and or let me know what works best for u all.

Cindy, I just posted some information for you on your other thread that you started this morning. Check it out.

You can find the instructions to the detox bath here It's the second post down on this thread.

It's simple and relatively cheap and it's very effective. It's accumulative, so the more you do it the better you'll feel in time. It's made a world of difference for my wife and me.

You'll need to get yourself a natural dry brush to brush you skin with prior to your baths. The instructions are at the link. If you have any questions post them here and I'm sure you'll get the answers you need to your questions. Several people here have experience with doing detox baths and will tell you how important they are.

Chronic Lyme Disease, Chronic Bartonella (clinical dx only), Gluten & Sulfite Sensitivity, Many Food/Inhalant/Medication/Chemical Allergies & Intolerances, Asthma, Gut issues (dysmotility, non-specific inflammation), UCTD ("Secondary Lupus-Like Syndrome"), Osteoporosis, chronic Lymphopenia, etc.; G-Tube; Currently weaning off TPN.
Meds:  Pulmicort, IV Doxycycline, Heparin (to flush PICC line), Claritin, Singulair, Domperidone, Colloidal Silver (topically & nasally), probiotics, Liver support herbs, Ailanthus, digestive enzymes, homeopathy.

i was wondering about this too, is there any risk? weird question but for some reason i am nervous to try.
