I'm taking a scoop right now a day always with food. Did you doc recommend with food too? I can't say either if it's helping or not. I have major yeast issues besides my gut and colon problems. I'm on any antibiotics right now either. I don't know still if this is a good thing or not. I needed to find out if I was better on or off them, since I've been taking them for 6 months now. I still feel the same except energy is good, I'm not dead tired all the time.
I'ved used coconut oil in the past, but this is suppose to even better than that. Good luck to us both!
