Just wondering if there is anyone out there who suffers from symptoms but have minimal to no pain.
I have more neuro problems. Ringing ears, pulsing in ears, had vertigo, dizziness and nausea, numbness,
vibrations, depression, etc.
I've had pain in the past but lately its all mostly head symptoms and weakness.
Is this a good sign or bad?
Anyone feel like this?

Hi Kodak,

Yes, there are many here with no pain. Your symptoms sounds like Bartonella. Have you been tested for that?

Funny you should say that- My chiropractor muscle tested me a few months ago and he
found Bartonella. He gave me a homeopathic kit to take and alot of those symptoms did clear mostly.
Not so dizzy anymore. Now I have more weakness and some ringing.
My MD is not very Lyme literate. I dont think she ever blood tested me for Bartonella.
I have to switch doctors. She didnt beleive after one month of antibiotics that I could still have lyme
a few months later.

Hi Kodak,

The past six months my symptoms have been mostly neuro like you. Numbness, fatigue, muscle twitches, blurry vision, buzzing sensations, brain fog, difficulty walking and a pulsing sensation in my lower back. I have been very uncomfortable and frustrated but no major pain until this past week. I think that I'm having a very strong herx reaction to the abx that I'm taking. I talked with the LLMD today about it and he didn't seem to concerned.

It would be nice if some of these symptoms would start resolving soon.

I never had pain with lyme. I was mostly all neuro and all the symptoms you described as well. Some of get lyme in our joints and can cause a lot of pain, others get more neuro lyme symptoms.

I don't have severe pain (except once in a while) with my Lyme either...most of my pain is probably neurological even though it sometimes seems as if it is in the joints.

I always thought neuro symptoms were only from the late stage of the disease.
It seems it just depends how your body reacts to it. Does that make sense?

The only pain I get is migraine. But I've had that for years and always with my cycle. I Dont think
that is from Lyme. And I did have my back go out mysteriously a few years ago and
that was very painful. But it only lasted about a month.
OH yes, and used to have muscle cramping. But I dont get that anymore, thank God.

Kodak,

I have discovered that, for me, a gluten-free and corn free diet has removed my monthly migraines/cramps. My supposition is that these foods in my case cause an imbalance between Estrogen and Progesterone such that the headaches & cramps result. So I guess what I'm trying to say is that there may be a hormone imbalance to blame for your migraines (complicated by Lyme, of course) and therefore there may be a way to at least reduce the frequency/severity of the problem with treatment for whatever imbalance you may have. Something to consider, anyway...

Take care,

Razzle,
My latest blood worked showed normal levels on everything except DHEA, which was very high.
Maybe my problem is food related also.
Actually I went into menopause last year and the migraines stopped. Then with this last Lyme flare-up
it came back along with the migraines. Hopefully my new treatment will balance all this out.
