He's the one who is confused in my humble opinion. MS and Lyme share a lot of similar symptoms. Lyme is known as the new "Great Immitator" (Syphilis was the original, a bacteria to which Lyme is related). Lyme has been known to mimic or be misdiagnosed as 300+ other conditions, including MS, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, Crohn's, ALS, Alzheimer's, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and many more. This is why it is always best to seek the opinion of a Lyme-Literate MD for interpretation of the results of a Lyme Disease test.
