Yep, I am sick again, symptoms disappeared after taking doxycicline 400mg for a month and then came back in March and now finally after waiting for months I have my appointment with a lyme doc in the north of London. I am very confident now I will be in good hands, since I have heard very good things about this doc, and since I have only had lyme since Nov I think I am still in that beginning stage where I can be hopefully cured. I hope my wrists won't be damaged for ever, since some days I cant use them at all. :-(
I hope I can help someone on this threat as well, since I am getting more knowledgeable with this disease (if that is possible since its a weird one!). I just feel bad and want to apologise, I disappeared from here when I felt better, and now that I am sick again I am back hopefully to get some advice, support etc, sorry about that. I felt so good for a few months I forgot the posts and moved on, but I never forgot to promote awareness of Lyme, and will for ever continue to do so. Thanks to all in this forum who helped me through my first questions of Lyme, I appreciate it. If this forum and the people in it would not have existed I would have been completely lost.
Lets see how my Tuesday appointment goes, can't wait to go! (Must be going crazy desiring to go to a doc!)
