Hey guys I could really use some help and you guys always have good ideas. So my mom and I both have Lyme and co infections me for 9 years and her for 2. She is turning 54 tomorrow and we need ideas on what to do haha. It's majorly hot here and we both always feel so crappy... not to mention my sister and dad are always really pushy and just dont understand our limits. Any ideas on something really special I can do for my mom? Maybe some sort of Lyme friendly activity that wont leave us dying of pain and exhaustion the next day? I really want my mom to have a great day. Thanks! Sandy

Don't know where you are at but the beaches have been beautiful. Bring an umbrella, good book and cold drinks and enjoy.

Lymph drainage massage. It's very light, gentle and beneficial.
