I'm now on day eight of IV Rocephin...I feel really exhausted, and a lot of my lyme symtpoms seem more intense.

Today I really feel wiped out and I'm wishing I could be home sleeping instead of working.  At times I'm not sure how I manage to get through a day of work.

I'm hoping that I will soon start to feel some relief in my symptoms...hoping that some will go away completely.  I know it is too soon for that, but I can't help buy wonder how I will feel at the end of my 30 days.

On a better note, I got a nice surprise yesterday.  The llmd I wanted to see origninally  but could not because of patient overload is now going to be my doctor.  I recieved a call yesterday saying he will take me on as a patient.  I had written a letter a few months ago asking if he would consider me -well after a few months I just shrugged it off that I would not be able to get in, but in the end my letter helped.  I feel so grateful!

Wishing everyone a wonderful day :-)

I didn't notice any improvement on IV-Rocephin until the third week. I worked full time when having the picc line in too and remember being exhausted. Hope that you start to see some improvement soon. That is good news about your LLMD.
Good Luck with your treatment.

Thanks for the response betterhealth...I too hope I start to see some improvements soon.

How long have you been getting treatment. I see a variety of antibiotics listed, are you still on antibiotics or are you trying a different route.
