I realize I have a lot of nerve dropping in after being away for so long and then asking for your opinions on various matters but I need help and this is definitely the place to come.  You guys rock!
1.  Has anyone had success with Dr. Zhang in NYC?  What did you do, if anything, about the garlic odor?
2.  I can no longer afford all of the vitamins I've been taking in addition to the herbs and would like to know if anyone knows of one really good supplement that would cover most of what we need when dealing with LD.
3.  Does anyone know of a high quality high protein drink that is not whey based or soy based since I have allergies/sensitivities to both?
I often see people mention Green Vibrance and would like to know if it's really worth it?
Any suggestions at all would be greatly appreciated....thanks!
Hope everyone is doing as well as can be expected and further along in their journey.

I don't know the answer to 1 & 2, but I do know of a good protein supplement that I use. It is made from amino acids instead of food proteins, so there is no problem with soy/dairy allergy/sensitivity issues. It is called Alpha ENF and the website for this is (I have no financial connection with this company). You can order the product directly from the website. They have several formulas and also have plain amino acid powder if you want to make your own protein shakes with your own flavors/sweeteners. I hope this helps...good luck,

THE best vitamins for quality-cost i have found are sold by They sell all brands, but their own brand is "NSI". They have all the individual supplements you could think of, plus multivitamins from the basic 2 a day to 30 capsules a day which include everything under the sun, including coQ10 and omegas, etc.
Their multivitamin line is called NSI Synergy.....heres the link....

And their supplements are *high* quality.
I take their Synergy Neuropower...seems like the best deal. Wish I could afford even more souped-up versions.....

This is the multi I take I only need 3 (rather than the recommended 6) so the value is there. AOR has a great reputation for all of their supplements.
This is my green drink. I like that it is organic based and gluten free
I truly do feel better drinking this - I mix with @2oz pomegrante and take as a shot a.m. and afternoon.

Thank you very much for all the information....just what I was looking for. If anyone else has anything to add to the list, please do. I'm usually pretty good at researching myself but I'm just so burnt out at this point...just existing is difficult enough these Thanks!

Hi Scorpio.  If you can tolerate apple and some carbs, ClearVite-SF (K-24) is an Enzyme based multi-vitamin, mineral & herbal dietary supplement powder that tastes good and contains a lot of herbs in addition to the vitamins.  A serving includes 12g of protein.   It's recommended to be taken 1-3 times a day, in water or other beverage, but not with cow's milk or soy milk.
My favorite green drink is Field of Greens by Vibrant Health.  It's organic, raw, and includes vegetables, grasses, and sprouts.  Another good green drink is Swanson Green Foods Green Max Powder.  This one contains soy sprouts, so may not work for you.
I'm glad you started this thread.  Because I'm having issues with the apple in the ClearVite I am looking for a liquid multivitamin that does not contain CoQ10 (interferes with mepron).  Hope somebody knows of one.
I have Lyme; it doesn't have me.

Thanks Rose! I hope someone else here responds to your question. If I felt better I would help you search for what you're looking for. Good luck!
