For the last month or so (memory has retired) I can't get enough boiled crrots with salt and butter and cottage cheese although the latter is not as important as the former.  So every day I fix a plate of cooked carrots with butter and lots of salt and go to town i can do this up to 3 times a day or whenever I am hungry,
I am going thru a LOT of carrots .  Anybody else do this?  I also for a very long time (now its every single morning) wake up with a stupid song in my head. Anyone do this?  This is the crazy thing sometimes the song relates to what is going on in my life.  Maybe my unconscious part of my brain is using music to tell me things?  Sometimes tho they are just plain ludicrous. thanks

I have gone through a lot of cravings over the years - chocolate is a craving that comes and goes all the time, but that's because I'm a chocoholic!!! :)

I have had quite a few 'unusual' cravings though - cottage cheese, yogurt, even brussel sprouts --yeah, I know!. These healthier cravings I don't think will hurt us, I really believe that sometimes we can actually crave minerals &/or vitamins that are in these foods.
Even the mightiest oak tree was once a little nut who held it's ground!!!
May we all find peace along the journey to find healing.
