Mamyou, I'm wondering about your symptoms, especially the dizziness. My husband has that, too. Do you think you have sinus or ear congestion? He has had some luck clearing that up and it has helped with the dizziness and instability. The thing that worked best for him is singulair (hope I spelled that right). It has made a big difference for him. Also, if it is congestion, a neti pot could help. I have constant hissing and pressure in my ears that started last fall. I thought it was part of Lyme until I read recently here that some people get that as a side effect of mepron. So, even though this is your week off, maybe one of your meds has built up in your system and is causing some of this.
I feel for you with the sick, weak symptoms. It's so difficult to know what to do when I feel like that. Certainly don't want to do anything to make it worse, but what might help? I will share with you some of the things I do just because to me they make sense. First, I'm easy on myself because I think when my body is weak and feels sick that's not a time for me to push it. I also do gentle detox and cleansing because in my mind toxins are likely the cause. I don't want to do anything drastic about the toxins because it will make me worse. So, I do gentle things like catnip tea, marshmallow root tea, maybe a little red raspberry in the tea. I buy organic herbs in bulk and make my own tea bags. I also drink lots of clean water with lemon to help flush things out. I think you are on the right track with the IR sauna and I doubt your one session would have caused this; were you feeling fine before that session?
Have faith, I'm praying along with you, things will get better. I am now on day 8 of feeling good. This is the first day I don't feel terrific, but still it's good enough. We do get breaks. In my opinion, if I can ever feel good I have the potential to feel good all of the time. Just got to find the way there.
I have Lyme; it doesn't have me.
