I just wanted to say that I was a bit skeptical that the epsom salt/hydrogen peroxide baths/soaks were actually doing anything, even though I've been doing them for about a year now.  I ran out and just decided to take a break for a couple of weeks.  Within the first week I noticed that my brain fog was creeping back in!  It took a good 3 to 4 weeks to get back to where I was before I took the break from them, and I am 100% convinced they ARE worth it!  Now when I stock up I'm no longer embarrassed at the store - pretty darn cheap "medicine!"

Thanks for sharing this. I noticed I feel my best when I'm faithful with my detox baths. Sometimes I get too busy or too impatient to go sit in the tub for 20 minutes. But as you pointed out so clearly, it's well worth the time, and yes, it's a pretty cheap way to keep ourselves healthy! Great post!

I just got some "ingredients" and I'm going to try my first... Do you do them faithfully every day?

I have a question where do you get peroixde for this? and what does peroxide do to help the process ? How much peroxide do you use and and I understand from a few post that u can't use normal store bought peroxide. I did buy epsom salts todays and it came in lavender and spearmint I chose lavender if I'm going to relax hey I might as well do it right.
how long do you sit in tub starting out 20min?

I use food grade hydrogen peroxide (I buy it at Costco or any drug store, even supermarkets).  Is the lavender and spearment totally natural?   You don't want perfumes to absorb into your pores which in turn enters your bloodstream.  If the lavendar and spearment are not natural, look into essential oils or lighting a lavender scented candle.
When first starting off, make sure you dry skin brush your entire body from foot to shoulders using a natural fiber body brush to open your pores that are keeping toxins inside.
I would go slow at first with the detox baths until you get used to them.  Make sure the water is warm, not hot, drink filtered water with fresh lemon while your in the tub, and I suggest staying in for about 10 minutes just to see how you feel.    Detox baths are not a one time thing, one needs to build up to them slowly and eventually take one almost every day.   There are also foot detox baths which I believe the "recipe" is in the sticky thead "New to Lyme?  Start Here!"..
Hope this helps,
