Yes, thanks lindaca!

After reading it I'm now seriously considering going back on Rocephin...I may be able to afford it after all!

Yay! That was the intent... no need to stop the meds if there's an affordable way to stay on them.

Can someone please email me a copy of this? I'm so sick and tired of websites insisting on people being a member of them to have access to free information. What's the point?

Razzle, you don't have to be a member to read it on the ebook site. It's open for viewing by anyone.

Thanks, but it is much easier for me if I can read it offline. Plus, I have found websites have a nasty habit of re-organizing their websites from time to time, thus saving the bookmark to a site doesn't always guarantee the info will be available. Their online reader application is somehow quite difficult for me to use, too...

Oh, btw, my email addy is (remove the spaces, fix the symbols):
snoodledoo at yahoo dot com

Thanks,

Razzle, and anyone else who wants to download:

You can download directly from the website.

Razzle, I'll send you a copy though...

yes, thanks for the site. I have a port-a-cath, but the info was helpful. I have Itching bad !!! from adhesives.

Lisa

btw - I had a nurse that used to work for an insurance company tell me that people don't take advantage of filing for appeals against their insurance companies for denying IV meds; all meds. She told me that on average, 95% of all the appeals filed to state medical boards are passed. I was shocked. They are on our side, not the insurance companies.
