Haven't been on here in a long time...because I was symptom free for a year, and off abx for 6 months. I should have transitioned to herbals...but I was anxious to go live my live.

I started getting weird symptoms...ignored them thinking it was menopause.

Big mistake. I relapsed big time.

I have fatigue, mild dizziness, racing heart, and the one I can't figure out is tired, sort of burning arms and legs-thigh and upper arm sometimes forarm. Major nausea which comes and goes

Anyone else have this? Can't figure out to treat for bart or Babs

Just curious how long were on you on antibiotics for? I dread the day I go off as I fear a relapse. Loving my doctor so I am hopeful she will also transition me to herbals. Hope you feel better. The burning sounds like a neuropathy of some kind to me.

Hi beths,

I'm so very, very sorry...  I don't know if you were on any detox regime or not..  If I were in your shoes knowing what I know now, I wouldn't take any antibiotics, I would start a strict detox regime with the baths, foot baths, dry skin brushing, you heard it all before... Trust me, it really really works!

I think you still have an overload of toxins in your body in my non-medical opinion and I bet if you concentrated on ridding your body of that, you will start feeling better again.

There are some great botanicals out there that I believe would help speed up the removal of toxins.  If you are interested, just say so..

Feel better and hang in there okay?

Hugs,

Denise

Funny you should say that-I started with infrared sauna from a homeopath-that's when I relpased. I was feeling GREAT before that.
My acupuncturist thought it was too much, overwhelmed my immune system which is why I relapsed. She only believes in gentle detox.

Other than epsom salt baths, can you suggest some other detox?

Hi beths,

Yep, I also think the infrared sauna made you feel really bad.  That only tells me that you are overloaded with toxins..

I think you should stick to the detox baths and do them twice a day if possible.  If once a day, build up to them and stay in them for 30 to 40 minutes using 4 cups of salts and an entire bottle of hydrogen peroxide.

Are you dry skin brushing?    Drink lots of water with organic lemon juice.

That would be a great way to start.   Then I would start adding exercise when you feel strong enough..  Exercise is a great way to detox, sweat out those toxins!

Hope this helps and please keep us updated okay?

Hi again beths,

I wouldn't think of it as a relapse, I would think of it as a minor setback..  Think positive as you have been doing so well...  I believe the rest of your journey simply consists of getting those toxins out now...  Then you will be on your way!!

Denise
