This is just my opinion, but I would consider the difficulties that you are having just to make an appt as a big obstacle to your healing, if you were a patient there. I would be concerned that if you needed to speak with your doc or a nurse there, that you would have great difficulty just getting a call back.
Many Lyme Disease patients have to travel more than three hours to get to a LLMD - even though that alone would be more than enough!! The closest LLMD to me is 5 hours each way
and over the years that I have been on this forum, I have seen that I'm far from being alone in those kinds of travel times.
