Welcome ! I do not believe there is a specific length of time to wait for lyme testing. The testing is so unreliable and inaccurate anyway. I believe my son got bit in April and lit up almost every band when tested in June. However, I believe that to be unusual. My husband and I have had to years, I believe, and both lit up different bands, but were both negative by CDC but positive by Igenex. Also, once i started antibiotics , I lit up different bands. I know this doesn't help you at all but if you suspect lyme, having testing done by Igenex is the only way to go. Otherwise a waste of time.
