I'm putting together my Christmas list for my mother...she pretty much forces me to tell her exactly what to get me otherwise she gets really mad, kinda weird...and I was going to give her a link to buy dr jernigans book and I realized its 50 dollars!? I know I've heard a lot of you say you've read it so can I ask...is it worth that much money? Or does anyone happen to know of a cheaper place to buy it? (I checked amazon and somehow it costs MORE there than on the Hansa website!).

I really think we should start book swapping on this forum...

Answering why it's so expensive is complicated. I know that they have to make a living as well, but it sure seems like they really don't have to charge that much for everything!

I do like your idea of doing book swapping - although it could get to be a problem if someone left the forum before returning a book or if they lost one. I would suggest that you see what you can get from your local library too, or maybe do an inter-library book loan. Also look for 'e-books' online, they are usually less expensive.

Hi borderlyme,
I think the book is a great investment as it explains so much including all the coinfections, biofilms, etc.
The softcover book is $36.95 plus shipping.  Just click on the book itself and it gives 2 choices:
If you scroll past the Perfect 7 protocols and down to the books you can see the softcover price.   I also believe there is an E-book version that is even less money.
Hope this helps,
