Does anyone else ever have a problem with this?  My daughter has had a problem with this before, but it went away.  Now it is back, and she cannot sleep for having to get up and go to the bathroom so often.  But when she goes, she barely can urinate at all!!!  Is this something that goes along with Lyme????

Thanks for your thoughts!!

I have this problem. It'll hit me out of nowhere, that I have to go. But then I don't go much. It's very annoying when I'm out shopping or at work. Just be sure it's not an infection, which would be apparent if she has pain.

This along with UTIs is my main symptom. As above said, she may have an infection. The problem is the testing though. The rapid urine test ALWAYS looks good for me so I'll ask for a culture. Sometimes it will show an infection. But if it doesn't I send my urine sample to united medical labs in VA for a broth culture and it always finds the bacteria when I suspect a UTI. They work with a lot of people who háve IC, which I do and it can be a symptom of Lyme.

This may be more than you needed to know though!

Urinary problems is listed under Bartonella infections on www.drjoneskids.com/. I know that with my Bart treatment that my urinary symptoms have reduced nicely!!

Is it possible that you could have a Bart infection?

I also have had this problem for a long time.  The one thing that seemed to help was D-Mannose, I took 1 in the am and 1 in the pm, sometimes another one right before bed if it was really bad.  I just ran out (Iherb is out of stock) and I started to have symptoms again so it was helping.  Also, when I had a UTI I used Uva Ursi (sp?) and that cleared it right up!
