This is a quote from a certain lyme blog when I search low ferritin and babesia. My husband was also anemic and had low ferritin and tested positive for babesia. Please be sure and get tested properly for babesia as my husband was tested in the hospital and was negative but when tested through Igenex was positive. Do you have any other babesia symptoms?
