I have been debating about
juicing too. My husband hates juices or so he says.
But I am determined to get better. I actually woke up today feeling better than yesterday. This is day 4 of diet NO sugar, No fake sugar (which I've been doing for a long time now except for Stevia, but now none of that either) limited gluten (only quineoa and oatmeal) lots of nuts, low sugar fruits, protein (all abx free and hormone free, free range or wild caught) and tons of veggies and lots of water. I was a fairly healthy eater before this, so it doesn't feel impossible. Although I have a major sweet tooth, so that has been hard, but I'll do anything to get better.
Anyway, juicing is intriguing to me. I'd love to hear recipes and testimonials if you feel it helps you. I want these flipping bugs out of my system !!!!
