I thank you too and also for this forum. It was this forum that taught me mindfulness. It taught me ways to relax and deep breathing, that counting your blessings and helping others can help you get well as well. It taught me a different way to look at my life, that slowing down doesn't have to be a bad thing. It taught me to live in the present rather than always worrying about
tomorrow. I refuse to give the disease credit for anything so I'm giving credit where credit it due. Thanks a bunch. Hope you are doing well.
Wow, I wrote this before reading your blog - now that I did I see that I really do know the meaning of mindfulness. LOL.
Lyme, HME, HGE, bartonella. 4+ years undiag. despite 10 drs.
Current meds: neurontin, cymbalta Prior meds: roxy, bactrim, doryx, amantadine, amox, minocycline, tetracy. IV refused by ins. Supplements: boluoke, alpha lipoic acid, AG immune, magnesium, milk thistle, resistant microbes, grapefruit seed ext.
