I remember when we got our first computer, I couldn't get enough information. Still can't. But I remember my husband telling me, don't believe everything you read/find. It is not necessarily the truth. I foolishly assumed everything posted was the "written" word. Naive I guess.
The same goes for this forum. While we all know everyone is trying to be helpful and we are here for each other, what works for one, doesn't necessarily mean it will work for another. Or what is one person's opinion, doesn't necessarily mean you should follow it. You have to be your own best advocate. Research is crucial. If you read something, look and look and look for more information and ask questions both here and of your medical doctors.
Have a great Oscar night!
