I don't know if this is Lyme related or not, but I have been itching in different spots all over for over a week. Sometimes it starts when I eat (no matter what I am eating), and sometimes it will just come up out of nowhere. I don't think it's an allergy, as I haven't changed anything recently. Does anyone else have this?

I get this sometimes - usually out of nowhere and it seems unrelated to any medication or food. Are you detoxing enough? Usually that's my go-to when any symptom gets extra annoying.

It is possible that it's an allergy, though. I always tend to itch more when I consume more of the foods I'm reactive to on food allergy tests. Might be worth paying closer attention to your diet just to see if there's something you've been eating more frequently - maybe eliminating that for a while could help - just a though.

When the itching gets bad for me, everyone usually suggests I try benadryl, but I tend to be stubborn so I've never tried it!

Borderlyme ~ I am doing a detox foot bath every other night (either epsom salt and hydrogen peroxide or dry mustard powder and cayenne pepper), and I am trying to get to the sauna every other day if possible, too. My ND suggested that I take 1 tbsp. of ACV in a glass of water per day, which would help me detox if there is an ammonia issue, so I have been doing that, too. If you have any suggestions on more detox I would love to hear them because I am always looking to do more, sometimes I just get stuck on what to do.

This may not be the case for you, but when I started to get really itchy without a change in diet or meds, it turned out that my liver enzymes were up.

It seems to happen whenever I eat, too, but there is no rhyme or reason to it because it doesn't matter what I am eating, I itch. For instance, I just had organic grass-fed beef from Whole Foods, and I'm itching. Same as last night when I had steamed veggies.
