I sneeze after every meal and every day when I wake up in the morning. Does anyone else have chronic, almost painful sneeze attacks?

Right now pollens of all kinds are happily floating around in the air. It's quite possible that you are just experiencing 'seasonal' allergies to them. I would suggest that you use an antihistamine.

I am not allergic to anything. I had that tested. Literally, since puberty I wake up sick with cold like symptoms and it goes away afternoon. If I take a nap it comes back, no matter where I take a nap. and its come on after I eat.

Hmm - is it linked to anything specific that you eat, or is it just eating in general?

My grandmother has always been healthy as a horse, minus having massive sneeze attacks all the time - especially in the morning, and I've also noticed, after lunch a lot of the time (I don't see her that much though so I can't say if it's a regular thing)...

While it's possible you've got some kind of hidden allergy going on there, it's also possible that your body is just really good at fighting bugs - that's what cold symptoms are, after all - your body fighting something!

It never hurts to make a note of things that bother you and bring it up with your doctor - that's what I do and sometimes she surprises me with the things she can give me insight into!

I was just hoping it was something that would go away with treatment. But maybe it's just something that is unique. My allergist said I have non-allergic rhinitis. Basicall I don't have allergies my body just thinks it does. lol. It asks like everything is an allergy. So antihistimine doesn't work.

almost all of us sinus-nasal staph infections,

i am guessing the abx stirred something up, since its only been happening on abx right?

you may want to consider doing netti pot sinus flushing with salt water (organic sea salt) and distilled water..boil the water first though as the last thing you want is impurities up the nose

the food may be creating an histamine (allergic) reaction, due to abx die off or aggravation of bugs-bacteria or just increased awareness of immune system..its not always a bad thing

I just started sneezing the last few months as I had very low histamine which goes along often with low wbc-its an immune deficiency

Sometimes when I sneeze I feel like I'm gonna break a rib. It really hurts. So yeah, I understand.

I get sneezing attacks a lot. I have wondered if it was herx-related, but I am not sure.

no, it didn't start on abx. I have had it since puberty. Its just always been one of those weird symptoms that I couldn't explain.
