Red Cheeks - Lyme Symptom?

Over the past week or so, I've had red cheeks, almost like a sunburn, but I haven't been out in the sun. It seems to come and go, but it's there more often than not, and seems to be worse with any kind of exertion.

I don't want to blame Lyme if it could be something else, so I'm just wondering if any of you ever have it?

I get that all the time. Usually at the time, I am feeling like I have a fever, but my temperature is like 95. I also got it really badly right after I started new medications but it went away in about a day and a half.

I can only say that since I am on ABX (9 months) I have red cheeks. I think I do look much healthier than I used to look like before, it is not an unusually pronounced redness, and it's constantly. Although I think I did had it sometimes before I took ABX, together with feeling very hot.
