Glad you were given some antibiotics. Yes, take them; Lyme doesn't spontaneous get cured.
Now what you need to do is to find a Lyme Literate doctor to ensure that you get thorough treatment. You'll want to be treated for two months beyond the resolution of symptoms. Doesn't sound like you are there yet.
