Keep up the detoxing!! Be sure you are dry skin brushing daily, and use the foot soaks when you get home at night - it's really relaxing as well as helping you to detox! Also, be sure you drink more than the recommended amount of 8 - 8 ounces of water a day (a total of 64 ounces) - and adding lemon as well.
Eating plenty of raw carrots will also help the body detox!! Eat them as a snack, or as a lunch with hummus!! These things really will help, but you have to remember that your body is behind in detoxing or you most likely wouldn't be having such strong symptoms. It's time to play "catch up" now.
Don't worry yourself about
much of anything if there is any way possible, as even that kind of stress will play against you. Staying as calm as you can as much of the time as possible will allow your body to heal much better. Avoiding as much stress as you can at work will also be very helpful.
Above all, remember...we are here to help you through this!!! You can always ask questions, express concerns, or even rant a bit
- I had the corner on the market on ranting for a while!! LOL!! Don't forget that it is
a hard thing to heal from these very complex infections - they even have doctors confused at times on how to get them under control!
I was sooo tired just 3 days ago, that I went into my bedroom - so that I didn't worry my hubby - and just cried. I was just sooo tired that that was all I could do! Circumstances that are out of my control have kept me pretty busy lately, but things are slowing down now. So I have to remember that I have to rest more and not try to fit so much into a day...no matter how important I or anyone else believes it to be!
Hang in there, Onepixel! You'll make it!!! Hugs.....
