You show up positive on 4 bands - 31, 41 (with a double positive), 58 and 66. IgG positives relate to a chronic infection.
Band 31 is specific to Osp A - (Outer surface protein A of Lyme disease)
Band 41 isn't specific to Lyme, but to all bacteria that have the same tail like thing, but a double positive is significant.
Bands 58 and 66 are thought to be from co-infections, but nothing's been proven as far as I know.
If you see a good LLMD, they will treat you based on your symptoms, not on test results, but the fact that you have tested positive to have an outer surface protein of that bacteria (Lyme) in your blood, you have Lyme disease.
Based on what I understand, and your symptoms that you've already shared with us, you should seek out treatment.
