Hello everyone,
I started rifampin last week and ended up with a week from you know where. Today is the best morning I have had since over a week ago. Those of you who have been traveling down this path awhile this question is for you. My dr put me on this abx because she suspected a coinfection. If I had the terrible symptoms (herx response) is it almost assumed I had that infection? Rifampin fights bartonella and ehrlechia( no clue on spelling ) and with a strong herx I probably had one or both? I've been misdiagnosed 8+ years.
