It can be pretty rough when you are starting out, that's for sure! If you are just starting treatment, or if you've never been up to the required amounts of abx (* see below), then it's just the 'cycles' that the bacteria normally has and each infection has it's own schedule.

As Maxam has said, once you get well started into the proper treatment, then the bad days will start to get farther and farther in between.
Also, be sure you are detoxing, dry skin brushing & drinking lots
of water, as those toxins will overwhelm your body causing even more issues, even if you aren't on abx or on a high dose of abx!!
