Just so that it's known what I do, I take 1500 mgs of ginger (in capsules) 3 times a day to control my nausea, and will take an extra dose if needed.

If you feel like you had no problems with taking one Benedryl, and the box says you can take two, it would definitely be something worth trying! I would, but of course I can't recommend that to everyone!
I would give the turmeric 2 weeks or so to really start to have noticeable improvements. I know that I can't forget my turmeric, my body screams at me now if I don't take it for some reason (usually because I forgot! LOL!)
