What lab was used for these tests? Most labs do not report on all bands which can greatly influence the test results. Igenex is generally the top lab for tick borne disease testing.
To me it looks like you have a positive ELISA and a negative western blot. This usually means that a regular doctor will tell you "no you don't have Lyme" because they will use the two-tier testing criteria which states that after a positive ELISA if the western blot is negative there is no need for further testing. Regular doctors do not interpret individual bands.
A LLMD however and most Lyme patients will tell you that having a positive ELISA means Lyme. Having specific bands like band 23, also indicated Lyme. Band 41 is not specific to Lyme but it is very common to have that one positive with Lyme. If you have corresponding symptoms, I would definitely find someone who is
open to treating Lyme long-term whether it be through natural or antibiotic methods.
