Most people are afraid of the unknown, Justme. Lyme disease is a huge
unknown! To add to that the controversy that surrounds it and you have a recipe for disaster for those who won't/can't look into it.
I'm so sorry that you are having to deal with this on top of being ill. It's such a shame. This is part of the reason that some compare what we are going through to what those who were first being diagnosed with AIDS went through with the fight for recognition, understanding and the need to educate others.
