I would suggest that everyone take the Methylcobalamin - a type of B-12 - at least once a day. The other form of B-12 (Cyanocobalalmin, the one most commonly found), has to be converted to the Methyl type in the body before the body can even use it. So eliminating that one step allows the body to absorb it better and not take any energy away from our healing.
When I know that I have an incredibly busy (for me) day ahead, I always lay out an extra Methyl-type of B-12 that I can take in the early afternoon as well as my usual morning dose. It really helps me get through the day without any issues due to caffeine intake that late in the day.
It's worth a try!!
