How do you guys keep track of everything you are taking (meds, vitamins, etc.)?
I am wondering if there is a better time of day to take certain things, too.
For example, I drink a Green Vibrance drink as soon as I wake up, then I eat breakfast and take abx a few hours later. Should I move the Green Vibrance to the middle of the day, if it helps detox? Because I take a detox bath at night, maybe taking the Green Vibrance would be better for detoxing midday?
When is the best time to take coconut oil, rose hip, etc? Or does it not matter?
