...or at least stop getting worse? I'm losing more and more mobility everyday, and with an active 2 year old, this is not good. I'm having trouble typing (which is what I do for work now).

I'm not sure what to do, it's very concerning.

Lymer: my understanding is that arthritis is an inflammation issue. Are you taking anything for inflammation? Do you have an LL doc and have to talked to him/her about it?

I just googled "lyme arthritis Jernigan" and found two herbs/formulas that help with lyme arthritis. Dr's Buhner and Jernigan both write in the article.

Teasel is one (From Dr. Buhner).

Neuro-Antitox II formulas from Jernigan Neutracueticals is another. I think both of these docs are top in the field of lyme (Dr. J is my doc and I have read Buhner's books and admire his approach)..

good luck!

Buhner recommends 1200mg/day Nettle Leaf. It works great for my joint pain, and Buhner says it also helps prevent joint damage from Lyme.

Lymer, see my new post about joint pain, I just started Serrapeptase and it has been a big turn around for me.

Take Care, KO
