Hi All,

I thought everyone could use a positive story.  I have found something that has really helped with my joint pain.  I haven't been able to sleep much at night without waking up with hip joint and knee pain, then I can't get back to sleep.  I was looking for a supplement to help with the pain and found a brand of Serrapeptase called SerraGold that has worked really well for me.  I remember others posting here about Serrapeptase, but at the time I was on other treatment and didn't try it.  I am off treatment for a long time now and still have joint pain (just a fact of life now for me).  I read a lot of reviews before I decide on this brand because I didn't remember, and couldn't find the post others had written (too old, the post not me, lol).  I take one of these at night and have been able to sleep much better, and I am only getting up once a night instead of several times, sometimes 4 - 5 times a night.  My daytime pain is much better also.  Recently my husband and I tiled a floor (small laundry room) and while I was really sore (hamstrings) I could actually sleep.  Something that wouldn't have been possible before the Serrapeptase.  I was looking for something for the joint pain because I can't take Aleve without upsetting my stomach anymore.  Hope this helps someone, I'm sorry I waited so long to try Serrapeptase.

How awesome that you found something that works so well for you, KO_LD!! Thank you for sharing this info! I may have to try it after that good of a recommendation! Putting down tile isn't a small job even if the room is small!

Hi Traveler,

I haven't been on for a while, how are you doing?  I am really happy with how well the Serrapeptase works, I was dreading trying to sleep after working all day putting down the tile.  I was shocked that I could actually sleep, believe me if I wasn't on it I wouldn't have been able to sleep at all.  If you do try it let me know how it works for you.  I couldn't find any of the old post I remember seeing about it, I wanted to read again what people said about it.  Hope someone else post their experience with it.

Take Care, KO

Im taking a multi-supplement that has Serrapeptase (37.6mg), Papain (210mg), Bromelain (100mg), Protease and Rutin in it. It is miraculous and will easily knock down my pain level a couple of notches, enough to where I can relax and on a really good day jog.

My LLMD tells me this is likely because of the Serrapeptase, but all of those ingredients are inflammatory inhibitors.

Hi KO_LD!! smilewinkgrin
It has been a while since you've posted!! I'm so glad that you choose to drop by and let us know about this!! Thanks! How are you doing?

I will definitely let you know if I find it and try it! I need to run it by my doc first though, as I'm still on several herbal formulas.

I am doing quite well! I've just completed my 16th week off of all treatments!! yeah Woo Hoo!! turn It's sooo awesome! I am disappointed in all the seemingly permanent damage that was done, but I actually have a life now!!! Although I can't imagine spending a day laying tile!! LOL! I do garden (a large garden this year!!!) and keep up with a couple of dairy goats and two grandsons on occasion now!

Take good care of yourself too! Hugs!!

Hi Traveler,

So glad to hear you're doing well!  I know what you mean about the permanent damage I feel the same way, but I'm glad for what I CAN do now that I couldn't do then.  If you do try it respond through this post so I'll know.

Take Care, KO

I'm glad that several of you have found the Serrapeptase to be effective for inflammation. The proteolytic enzymes are helpful for reducing inflammation in general.

You are getting additional benefits from the Serrapeptase as well. It thins the blood and removes plaque from arterial build-up. It also dissolves biofilm and is a cyst buster. When my daughter was sick I also added Lumbrokinase in combination with it. My reasoning was that since they are not identical substances, they probably do not have an exact overlap in their proteolytic activity. I believe that they worked very well together to perform the actions that I have described.
