I submitted a poll for alternative protocols, such as Jernigan's, Cowden's etc. So far, the "other" category won. I know that traveler uses the "Misty Meadows" website. Some people have given suggestions.
I'd like to know more about what "other" means.
Most importantly, since I have c. diff. (in remission now, but nevertheless), I'd like to know which of your herbs and supplements tend to upset tummies, and which don't.
Obviously, I can't take any abx.
I learned that Cat's Claw and Teasel don't upset the flora in your gut, but that they can upset your stomach. I took Cat's Claw last night, and don't feel so great. It might be a herx, though. Who knows. But the info. in bold is what's important.
Thanks, and maybe other readers can benefit?
