Just a couple of suggestions. 1) for the grandparents:
Make a table listing all of her supplements in a column, list days/time of day across the top. Put an x in each box when each certain supplement has to be taken. This way they will know what to give her and when, and they can check off the boxes after the supplements have been given.
This worked well for us when our daughter went to Florida with her grandparents this spring. By having the boxes to check off will give the grandparents peace of mind that they have dispensed all the right meds. Do not rely on your daughter to remind them of meds times. She may be having too much fun and get distracted.
2) for general record keeping/information for doctor's appointments:
I use an Excel stacked bar chart, charting symptoms (each with a level from 1-10) on the y-axis, with the date and notes on meds changes on the x-axis. I chart daily. This makes it so easy to see herx reactions, or reactions from other things, like illness or eating too many cookies at Christmas time. Often the herx reactions are delayed by 3-5 days. If you are not charting a visual graph, you may miss them looking for reactions the same day. If you would like a template, just ask.
