I really like having my food choices to help me detox. One of my favorites for detoxing is green smoothies!! I can stuff all kinds of greens in there along with some yummie black berries and still manage to drink it! LOL! I liked using spinach, kale, parsley, cilantro for the greens, & kefir instead of yogurt. Another favorite for foods that help detox is raw carrots.
One of my favorite lunches was always raw carrots and homemade hummus - the sesame seeds in the hummus also helps the body to detox. My other favorite lunch(& dinner if we are being honest!! LOL!) has always been a big salad including spinach, kale, parsley, a small handful of walnuts, a few dried cranberries, a bit of cheese and tomatoes!! Yum!!
I was like Tickled - I had a lot of trouble using the full body detoxing soak - it often gave me a three day migraine.
So I used foot soaks mainly. You can build up to doing them 2 or 3 times a day if you wish - but yes, go slow! None of us got this way overnight, so we can't expect our bodies to heal overnight either.
Sounds like you are getting things organized to heal very well!! Congrats!! it took me forever as I couldn't think well enough to even figure out how
to organize!! LOL!
