Hi,

I haven't seen you post and I know you were not feeling well. I hope you are just concentrating on healing and using your energy to get well.

If you feel up to it let us know how you are.

I'll be thinking of you.

Thank you for asking acharms.

I'm hanging in there- but it feels like it's by a thread.

My Godfather passed away this week. I'm trying to be positive for my dad, since this is very hard on him, as well.

I'm heading into my 4th week of treatment and really feel worse. I had an awful panic attack today. The dizziness is just wearing me down. It never lets up. I get a churning feeling inside and the internal shaking, and it just feels like my nervous system is going insane.

I actually think that if the dizziness would just let up, it would likely reduce my anxiety, as well.

I do everything in spurts- make food, sit down. Feed my son, sit down. Etc.

I'm detoxing as best I can, but trying to be careful because the last epsom soak I did gave me a racing heart and the shakes so I'm too scared to try again.

I seem to be a little better with the emotional instability. I think knowing that I need to just soldier through, and that I've already made it a month, gives me a bit of hope.

I've found a very lovely woman to help me care for my son a few hours during the week, as well. She takes him out for walks, and they play in the yard. It really does help, just having a few hours to lay down and rest.

Thank you again for checking in. I really appreciate it.

Wow!

You have so much going on and stress makes things so much worse. I always would underestimate how much an impact it had. Keep that in mind because it really does matter.

I am so sorry to hear about your Godfather.

I am so glad you found someone that to help you with your son. That is probably the best thing you could have done for your treatment.  It can be hard to say I need some help. You should be very proud of yourself.

I have found the 3 or 4th week of new treatment to always be the most challenging.

The detox bath can be difficult, especially with the dizziness, maybe just a foot bath is O.K. for now.

Try not to worry too much about your son. It is easy to say but not to do.

I'll be thinking of you and your family..

Special hugs!

.

Oh Gosh, Binduspire! I too am so very sorry to hear about your Godfather passing away!! As Acharms has said, remember the stress can make things worse, so be careful to rest and take good care of yourself.

If you are still having such a hard time in handling the treatments, it's time to consider slowing things down a bit - maybe cut back on the dosage a bit to allow your body to catch up with all the detoxing? Can you talk with your Practitioner about this? If you are herxing all the time like that, your body can't heal nearly as well or as fast.

Acharms has some really good advice!!

Do take care of yourself.
Hugs
