I have had mild herxing for the past few days but tonight it's severe. Unbearable dull pain in my neck, ears, and the base of my skull, racing heart, shooting pain in my arms and legs. I'm trying my best to stay calm and ride it out, but this is starting to scare me.

Call the doc? Or just hang in there?

If you can't bear it back down on the dose. Try a 50% dose for a few days and then up it to 75% for a few days. Only up it if you are feeling OK. You know your body best though so if you don't want to take it all and wait to call the dr on Monday then do that.

Make sure you are detoxing. When I herx really bad I throw an entire bunch of parsley, juice of one lemon, cucumber and something sweet like OJ or pineapple ( just a teeny bit to make it palatable) throw in a blender. It makes you poop but I always feel soooo much better within 3 hours.

Sunny -
I'm new to this forum and this illness also but my LLMD has me on herbals and he told me I could control the herxing by reducing the amount of drops I took. So when it got to be too much I backed down. I agree with opugirl - reduce the dose.
