Many of us Lymies have to have outside help from either herbs or pharmaceuticals to help thin our blood to the right consistency. This is typical of Lyme.
Are you colder than you used to be? Do your hands/fingers or feet/toes look to be kind of red or bluish? When you press firmly on your finger nail and release quickly, does it turn a nice pink again quickly or does it seem to take a minute? These are also all signs that you may need to take something to thin your blood a bit.
BUT never do anything to thin your blood without a doctor saying it's okay or doing tons of research to ensure that the other things you are taking/doing right now don't cross react and so that they know that you are using it! Thinning the blood too much has some very nasty consequences!
