Well, here are the break down of the bands that you indicated:
23 - 25- indicates Osp C - Outer surface protein 'C' - specific for Lyme.
39 - indicates BmpA - Bacterial membrane protein 'A' -specific for Lyme.
41 - indicates the tail of the bacteria. This can be positive due to other bacteria of this type (like syphilis, Yaws and Pintas and a couple of others)
So as you can see, your results indicate that you do have Lyme due to the positive bands that are specific for Lyme - those don't cross react with anything else.
You must have had other tests done that show inflammation - although Lyme itself is an inflammatory disease. The inflammation is intra-cellular, besides the inflammation that gets caused in our bodies from the actual infection.
The same goes for co-infections. You will have to have had other tests run for those. Your results that you shared aren't for co-infections. Although with that being said - many docs will diagnose based on symptoms, as the testing for co-infections is worse than the testing for Lyme disease!
