Although Lyme disease brings a whole new meaning to the word exhaustion, there are some things that should be checked to be sure that you aren't unintentionally ignoring something.
Have you had a 24 hour saliva test for your adrenals yet? Any other adrenal test won't show how well your adrenals are functioning throughout the day, only if they are functioning. Many who have been ill for a longer amount of time will find that their adrenal glands are really struggling to keep up. They will cause the kind of exhaustion you describe.
your thyroid? Have you had your T3 & T4 tested? The standard TSH test really isn't worth anything when you are trying to find out how well your thyroid is functioning.
Are you taking a Methyl type of B-12 supplement? The actual name is Methylcobalamin.
Brain fog is more that your brain is sluggish - you can't function like you used to. It quite literally feels like you are trying to function while your brain is "fogged in". You may have trouble with spelling like you never used to, or word reversal, trouble following instructions (written or oral), more memory issues than normal, and other things like that.
