I've had this for years although my skin did always indent if I wore a rubberband but it doesn't bounce back like it used too. I think lyme and different infections reduce the fat in your skin and collagen. My skin is definitely looking a lot better and thicker, as are my nails but it is very slow progress with those two.
I might recommend looking into the gaps diet a bit. AND bone broths. Both have really good vitamins and minerals used to restore your skin. I only did the broths at lunch and ate normal the rest of the time but I am seeing a difference in my skin.
And when I say I am seeing a difference in my skin I do not mean day by day or month by month. I literally mean I notice a difference now in my skin vs. say 4 months ago. And there is still room for improvement.
@ToddPaul, I completely know what you are saying about the little bumps with shaving. My poor husband must've thought he married a sasquatch for awhile . Most of those little bumps are gone now and I can shave without bumpity bumps.
