My flu like symptoms yesterday have gone, thank God. I'm better today, still dealing with the hot flashes like crazy, was able to get some carrot/apple/ginger juice down, and some organic beef broth. Yay.
Here's my question:
I know via saliva testing that my adrenals are almost shot. And, the last dr I saw said I'm borderline hypothyroid. I have this gut feeling that my first step in fighting the lyme/co I MUST get my body up to par. Is this right?
Should I be concentrating on feeding my body the healty nutrients needed, and pretty much just be doing that for a while? Six months? And by this feeding I mean lots of organic vegs, some clean meats and no sugars, carbs.
Let all the other stuff like trying to get in to a llnd, or llmd go and just get my body healthy?
What about my adrenals? Is there anything I can be DOING NOW that will help turn this around??
